Product Care and Liability Disclaimer:

Our products require careful handling and maintenance. Marble is known for its delicate nature and should be treated with extreme care, similar to glass.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you notice any defects, damage, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action, which may include item replacement or issuing a refund.

Exchanges for damaged items resulting from shipping mishaps should be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. To request an exchange for damaged items, please send an email to ariadicasaae@gmail.com describing the situation for review and approval.

Any misuse or mishandling of our products resulting in partial or total damage is solely at the client's risk and responsibility. Refunds or returns will not be issued for broken or damaged items due to client negligence or misuse.

Cancellation and Return Policy:

Customers have a 12-hour window to cancel their order from the time of purchase, with refunds processed back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be completed.

We offer a 1-week return policy, allowing customers to request returns within one week of receiving their item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Please note that personalized products are exempt from returns.

Exchanges:

For the fastest resolution, we recommend returning the item and making a separate purchase for the desired replacement item.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
